CESVA TA150 · Class 1

Environmental noise monitoring

Airqoon delivers continuous environmental noise monitoring with the CESVA TA150, a Class 1 sound analyser under IEC 61672-1, fully integrated into Airqoon Lens. Noise and air quality on one dashboard, one set of alarms, one report.

Two grades, one network

Indicative coverage, regulatory anchors

The same hybrid-network paradigm we apply to air quality applies to noise: dense, affordable indicative sensing for coverage, anchored by reference-grade instruments where the numbers must hold up.

Indicative noise

Unit L add-on

An external noise sensor on any Unit L station adds noise to an air-quality network at marginal cost. Screening, trend analysis, hotspot detection, many points, one platform.

For: coverage, screening, prioritising where to measure properly

Regulatory noise

CESVA TA150 · Class 1

Class 1 monitoring stations with accredited annual calibration, every regulatory indicator, and full Lens integration, the numbers you put in front of a regulator.

For: compliance, enforcement, complaint resolution, reporting
Why Class 1

Measurements you can put in front of a regulator

Environmental noise complaints end in enforcement, and enforcement needs defensible numbers. Class 1 is the highest accuracy grade in IEC 61672-1, the same grade used for reference acoustic measurement.

Accredited calibration

Verified with an IEC 60942 acoustic calibrator and independently certified by an ENAC-accredited laboratory, traceable, annual, auditable.

Every regulatory indicator

LAeq, LAmax, LCpeak and the L10 / L50 / L90 percentiles, over programmable periods from 1 second to 60 minutes, the inputs Lden reporting needs.

A, C and Z at once

dB(A) for regulation, dB(C) for peaks and low-frequency bass, dB(Z) unweighted for engineering analysis, measured simultaneously, so you never re-deploy for a different question.

Source identification

Optional 1/3-octave analysis across 30 bands (6.3 Hz – 20 kHz) separates a compressor from a highway from a nightclub, instead of reporting one number.

Airqoon Lens

Noise is a first-class device type in Lens

TA150 sensors are not a bolt-on feed. They register, map, alarm, report and export the same way an Airqoon air-quality unit does, so a city or a plant runs both compliance domains from one login.

On the map

Noise sensors render as markers with their own details panel, list entry and legend, next to AQI markers.

Exceedance alarms

Alarm rules target noise sensors directly, with the same AND/OR/NOT logic, acknowledgment and email delivery.

Raw and calibrated

Both streams are stored together for traceability, with a dedicated noise data export to Excel and CSV.

One fleet view

Dashboard totals, device status and system health count noise sensors, fleet numbers stay correct across both domains.

Deployment

Standalone, or on the same pole as Unit L

The TA150 mounts on a pole, façade or urban lighting column, so it can share power and connectivity with an existing Unit L installation.

Airqoon handles the network design, installation, commissioning and annual calibration cycle, and trains your team, as delivered for Bursa Büyükşehir Belediyesi's noise programme.
