Organized Industrial Zones

Zone-wide networks for Green OIZ certification: shared infrastructure, shared accountability.

The challenge

Dozens of tenants, one reputation

When complaints arrive from surrounding communities, OIZ management rarely has the data to say which tenant is responsible, and well-operated tenants get blamed for a single bad actor. As zones compete for green-certified tenants and sustainable investment, environmental transparency becomes a commercial differentiator.

A network across the perimeter, internal corridors and residential boundary points, combined with wind-based attribution, identifies which zone or tenant caused an event, enabling targeted enforcement instead of blanket pressure. Shared dashboards, tenant portals and public widgets position the zone as a Green OIZ.

What we deploy
  • Unit L network 10–25+ units across boundaries and corridors
  • Multiple anemometers for robust wind-rose source attribution
  • Unit N noise sensors at residential boundary points
  • Airqoon Lens with multi-tenant access and per-zone reporting
  • Public Map for community transparency and complaints

Protect compliant tenants. Find the source.
