Schools & Playgrounds

Children inhale more air per body weight than adults: monitoring where they learn and play.

The challenge

The most vulnerable lungs in the building

Children breathe faster and inhale more air per body weight than adults, and classrooms can hold pollutant levels several times higher than outdoors: CO₂ from under-ventilation, VOCs from materials and cleaning, PM infiltrating from traffic.

Compact indoor units in classrooms and play areas give facility staff continuous visibility into what the ventilation is actually delivering, with alerts before conditions degrade. Outdoors, units at playgrounds and school gates watch the traffic and construction dust children walk through. Indoor deployments include Neomarin shopping mall play areas and KidZania.

What we deploy
  • Unit M in classrooms, play areas and gyms: PM, CO₂, tVOC
  • Unit L at playgrounds and school gates for outdoor exposure
  • Airqoon Lens with ventilation alerts for facility staff
  • Display widgets showing parents the live indoor air quality

Show parents the air their children breathe.
